The British Council provide in Northern Ireland for allied merchant328W seamen, facilities similar to those which they make available in the chief ports of Great Britain. They recently appointed a representative in Northern Ireland. They supply reading material through the Ulster Library and collaborate with the Allied Seamen's Hospitality Committee.
