Mr. HudsonNeither the Milk Marketing Board nor the Hops Marketing Board, which are the only authorities at present concerned, have recovered debts due to them by means of a garnishee summons. In two instances, by order of the court under garnishee procedure, the Hops Marketing Board have paid to a third party a sum due from them to a registered producer. Since the hon.362W Member's previous inquiry on 10th June, 1942, the Milk Marketing board have made 13 further payments in similar circumstances.
