In so far as any industrial factory or undertaking is affected by any order made by me in relation to economy in the use or consumption of fuel, for example, the Waste of Fuel Order, 1942, a power of entry and inspection of such premises is conferred on persons authorised by me in that behalf with a view to securing compliance with the Order.
