§ Mr. SandysI have been making thorough inquiries into the cases to which my hon. Friend drew my attention. As a result, I have reached the conclusion that a considerable tightening up of the existing regulations is necessary. A revised Army Council Instruction is now in the process of preparation. I will inform my hon. Friend when it is issued.
