HC Deb 07 July 1942 vol 381 c644W
Sir I. Fraser

asked the Minister of Pensions whether in view of the fact, that he has agreed to the principle of independent appeal tribunals for pension claims, but cannot find medical men to staff a considerable number of tribunals, he will at least set up two or three tribunals which could begin to hear cases on the waiting list, to avoid accumulation and the denial of justice?

Sir W. Womersley

If my hon. and gallant Friend will defer his Question until the next series of Sitting Days I hope then to be able to make a full statement on this subject.
