asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will reconsider the question of exacting clothing coupons for uniforms for boys in the Boy Scout Movement in view of the discouraging effect this has for enrolment in this corps?

I regret that, owing to the ever increasing stringency of supplies, I am unable to agree to a coupon-free issue of these articles of uniform.
