§ Mr. HicksA circular on the steps to be taken, in conjunction with the Ministry of Supply and the Ministry of Works and Buildings, for the recovery and disposal of iron and steel from damaged sites, was issued by the Ministry of Home Security to all local authorities on the 16th July. I shall be glad to send the hon. and gallant Member a copy of the circular.
