§ Mr. Grovesasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that the medical services for the Home Guard are in an unsatisfactory state depending upon an arrangement for treatment to be gratuitously rendered by civilian doctors, and that, consequently, the Home Guard in many areas is setting up its own medical service; and will he reconsider this arrangement?
