MorrisonThe general policy has always been that the A.R.P. duties of part-time volunteers should be so arranged as to interfere as little as possible with their civil occupations, day duty being normally performed by paid whole-time personnel or by volunteers in their leisure time. Suitable arrangements are made for securing the attendance of others should occasion arise.
