§ Mr. E. BrownI do not think that such a meeting would serve any useful purpose. The arrangements in each of the areas concerned, which vary with the local conditions, should be known to those responsible for carrying them out. If my hon. Friend has in mind any area where this is not the case, I should be glad to be informed.
