§ Sir K. WoodThe Government, in view of the need to restrict the home consumption of goods, rely on the good sense of traders to limit to a minimum any special displays for the home trade. Indeed, I should hope that, unless the circumstances are very exceptional as in the present case, such displays will not take place.
