§ Mr. ColvilleI have been asked to reply. The answer to the first part of the Question is in the affirmative. As the hon. and learned Member is no doubt aware, the Postmaster-General, under powers conferred by a Defence Regulation made on the 20th December, is refusing to accept coupons or circulars for use by any person entering football or406W racing pool competitions. No modification of the Regulation in question is at present under consideration.
