WoodExcept in the vicinity of landing grounds, low flying by either Royal Air Force or civil machines is prohibited, unless authorised for special reasons or necessitated by emergency or weather conditions. If the hon. Member is aware of any contraventions of this rule and would be good enough to furnish me with particulars, I will have inquiries made.
