§ Sir K. WoodQualified architects conversant with the special requirements of the Royal Air Force are employed in my Department. These officers have the advantage of close and continuous consultation with the Service authorities both at headquarters and in Commands, and I do not consider that greater efficiency or economy would be achieved by the adoption of my hon. and gallant Friend's suggestion.
