asked the Secretary of State for Air whether he is aware that certain acting pilot-officers have not received their pay and expenses, and have been put to grave inconvenience thereby; and will he take steps to pay these officers and see that there is no recurrence of these conditions?

Sir K. Wood:

I am not aware of the delays in making payment referred to by my hon. Friend, but if she will furnish details of any cases which have been brought to her notice, I will have inquiries made.
