§ Mr. ColvilleI have no reason to believe that the water supply and drainage services in rural areas in Scotland will impede the carrying out of the Govern- 237W ment evacuation scheme. The circumstances of each area will, of course, be kept in view in working out definite arrangements, following the survey of accommodation which local authorities have carried out.
