§ Sir V. WarrenderThe hon. Member has informed my right hon. Friend that this has occurred in one unit, but the War Office has no knowledge of it otherwise. The authorised methods by which officers and soldiers may make representations as such are laid down in the Army Act and in The King's Regulations, and other methods are forbidden.
