§ Mr. ElliotThe billeting allowances have been increased in respect of children who have attained the age of 16 to 10s. 6d. a week in all cases. Experience has shown that the position of householders may be further improved by arrangements for communal meals. The provision of communal meals is now a matter for the Board of Education, and I am asking my Noble Friend the President of the Board to inquire into the possibility of instituting arrangements of this kind at Fakenham.
