Mr. CooperNo Members of this House serve in the Royal Navy, the Royal Naval Reserve or the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve. A naval officer is not subject to naval discipline unless he holds a full-pay appointment and is borne on the books of one of His Majesty's ships.
