Mr. CooperCompensation is granted to workpeople employed by the Admiralty in respect of injuries sustained by accident arising out of and in the course of their employment either under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Acts (or Government Schemes 617W framed thereunder) or in accordance with the Treasury Warrants framed under the Superannuation Acts.
