BrownThe following table shows in respect of each administrative area of the Unemployment Assistance Board in South Wales and Monmouthshire: in column (a), the number of assessments current on the 21st November, 1938, for payment of unemployment allowances; in column (b), the number of such assessments which included an additional allowance under the Unemployment Assistance (Winter Adjustments) Regulations, 1938; and in column (c) the average weekly value of those additions. I am writing to the hon. Member about the weekly cost.
