Mr. LindsayDuring the year ended 31st March, 1938, proposals were received from local education authorities for the provision of 16 new nursery schools. One of these schools has been recognised by the Board and 14 other proposals have been approved in principle. The remaining proposal was received by the Board as recently as 24th March and is now under consideration.
