Duckworthasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education whether he has received the Report of the consultative committee of the Board of Education regarding entry into junior technical schools, junior art schools, junior commercial schools, arid so forth; if not, when he expects to receive it; and whether he is aware of the desire among educational authorities that the document should be forthcoming at the earliest possible date?
