The amount recoverable from the fund in respect of the two items mentioned may be estimated at £474,000 in 1935–36 and £647,000 in 1936–37. The net total charge on voted moneys for the items specified therefore is £87,716,200 in 1935–36 and £93,166,120 in 1936–37.
