§ Sir K. WoodDuring the period 1st April, 1930, to 31st March, 1937, the total amount paid by way of Exchequer contributions under the Housing Acts in respect of the erection of houses by local authorities and private enterprise in the rural districts of Flintshire was £138,281. The rural district councils are Hawarden, Holywell, Overton and St. Asaph.
