§ Mr. Johnstonasked the Attorney-General whether he is aware that a firm called Chalmers, Guthrie, and Company, of 23, King Street, London, E.C., have been issuing advertisements soliciting deposits to their old-established merchant bank; and whether, as this bank, as shown by its last filed balance sheet, has no assets, he has taken any steps with a view to protecting the public in the matter?
