Morrisasked the Minister of Labour, whether his attention has been called to the statement of the Commissioner for the Special Areas of England and Wales hoping that effect will be given to the recommendations of the Import Duties Advisory Committee on the iron and steel industry that the restoration of disused sites which have been spoiled by past industrial enterprise shall be taken in hand; and whether the Government intends to give effect to this recommendation?
