§ Sir T. INSKIPThe difficulties which are inevitable in the production of new types of aeroplanes have caused some delay in deliveries of those types and these difficulties have to be overcome. Having regard, however, to all the circumstances, the monthly output so far attained has been, in my opinion, reasonably satisfactory.
