§ Mr. LIDDALLasked the Minister of Agriculture whether, in the develpoment of a national policy for food farming, and defence, he will extend the wheat quota scheme which applies to only one-fifth of our annual wheat requirements so as to ensure a home-grown supply of at least one-third of our annual needs?
