asked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether, in his instructions regarding the process of co-operation with the Union Government, he will make it clear that the principles of the Schedule of the South Africa Act, 1909, be observed?

Mr. THOMAS

There is no intention of departing from the principles of the Schedule in so far as they remain applicable.
