BROWNInformation concerning the rates of wages, which vary according to the nature of the work, and the hours of employment on seasonal agricultural work in Jersey for which British workers were engaged under the arrangements made in co-operation with the Jersey Farmers' Union, is contained in the leaflet given to applicants for the work, of which I am sending the hon. Member a copy. 2,941 workpeople were found employment under these arrangements in 1935.
