§ Mr. E. BROWNApplicants would be well advised to make themselves acquainted with the leaflet B.L.18, which is handed to every person applying for an allowance. Fuller information as to the operation of the Regulations and as to Appeals may also be found in leaflets B.L.8 and B.L.2z respectively. With regard to forms, applicants are only concerned with those they receive. These they should, of course, read carefully.
