cases appeals by companies aggrieved by directions given under Section 21 of the Finance Act, 1922, have been heard and determined by the special commissioners for Income Tax pursuant to paragraph 1 of the First Schedule to the Finance Act, 1922, in each of the last five financial years; and how many of such appeals were successful in whole or in part?
