§ Sir J. GILMOURI have seen the advertisement which my hon. Friend has sent to me. As the performance has not yet taken place, it is impossible to say whether it is likely to fulfil the description given in the advertisement, but the promoters are well aware of the provisions of recent legislation on the subject.
