§ Mr. CADOGANasked the Lord President of the Council whether it is the intention of the Privy Council to invite an independent advisory committee to advise it regarding the administration of the Cinematograph Fund and to undertake an inquiry as to the need for a national film institute, representative and independent of the control of the trade?
§ Mr. BALDWINNo payments will be made into the Cinematograph Fund until1034W after the end of March, and the Privy Council has not yet come to any decision with regard to the administration of the fund.
