asked the Minister of Labour whether the reports from the different Employment Exchanges indicate any tendency on the part of applicants for employment to restrict their activities in respect of seeking work to acting on written instructions by such Exchanges to call on potential employers; and how many men have been placed by the Exchanges since the beginning of the year?
