asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury what steps he is taking in relation to the financial arrangements between His Majesty's Treasury and the Hungarian Government, in view of the fact that not only is the Hungarian Government in default upon its national loans held by British subjects, but default also occurred on the Hungarian agreement respecting Budapest loans on 1st July?
