§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI understand that the London County Council have not yet come to a decision upon the report of the advisory committee appointed by them regarding Charing Cross bridge, and that pending a decision being reached with regard to this bridge, they have deferred the reconstruction of Waterloo Bridge.
