§ Mr. CLYNESThe question has been considered more than once, but, as indicated by my predecessor in reply to a similar question two years ago, the farming industry has been of opinion that these traps are the only available method of preventing the serious economic loss winch would be caused to agriculture by the multiplication of vermin; and I am not aware that the position has changed in any respect.
