§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe rubber pavement referred to was laid in October, 1926. Fairly extensive repairs have been found necessary; but sufficient time has not elapsed to enable a definite conclusion to be drawn as to its durability. No special tests have been made with regard to side-ship or skidding.
