§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe answer to the first portion of the question is in the affirmative. With regard to the latter part, the question as to the steps which could be taken to secure greater uniformity of charges and tariffs throughout the district of the London and Home Counties Joint Electricity Authority is being investigated by the authority, but I understand that they are not at present in a position to make any Report to the Electricity Commissioners on the matter.
