§ Mr. P. SNOWDENIt has come to my knowledge that one or two isolated brewers are passing on some part of the increase in the Beer Duty to their tenants. These cases have been brought2412W to the notice of the Brewers' Society, who, I have every reason to believe, are using every effort to secure that the assurances given me on behalf of the industry shall be carried out.
