Sir H. SAMUELasked the Minister of Transport whether he has received a copy of a resolution passed by the Public Works, Roads, and Transport Congress, recently held, in favour of a national road research laboratory; and whether he proposes to take any action in the matter?
Mr. H. MORRISONI have not yet received a copy of the resolution, but I am glad to inform the right hon. Gentleman that a laboratory forms part of the Experimental Road Station which has been established by my Department on the Colnbrook by-pass in Middlesex.
