§ Dr. SHIELSAs regards the first part of the question, I have nothing to add to the reply given to the hon. Member for 53W Melton (Mr. Everard) on 20th November last. The reply to the second part of the question is in the affirmative. I can only say that every effort will be made to ensure that satisfactory contracts are granted to the officials concerned.
