§ Mr. P. SNOWDENThe Surtax due 1st January, 1930, is being collected in just the same way as Super-tax has hitherto been collected. I cannot say in how many cases liability has not yet been determined, but the hon. Member may rest assured that the great bulk of liable taxpayers have already been assessed.
