§ Mr. P. SNOWDENThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative, and to the second part in the negative. I should, perhaps, add that the chairman of the company referred to was not nominated by the Government as stated in my hon. Friend's question. The position is that two of the directors of this company, including the chairman, must at all times be persons whose appointments have been approved by the Government.
