HC Deb 04 December 1930 vol 245 cc2415-6W
Sir N. GRATTAN-DOYLE

asked the Minister of Pensions whether, in view of the dissatisfaction expressed by ex-service men in respect of the present seven-years' limit on claims, he proposes to introduce legislation to give men making such claims an opportunity of appealing to the Lord Chancellor's independent tribunal against adverse decisions of his Department?

Mr. F. O. ROBERTS

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given to the Noble Lord the Member for South Dorset on 19th May, of which I am sending him a copy.
