Mr. GRAHAMMr. Samuel Kramer has dealt with no property on behalf of the Enemy Debts Department. He has acted as the agent of various persons who have lodged claims with the Department, but the Department has no information of the terms on which he undertook the work. As regards the third part of the question, no commission has been shared by the Enemy Debts Department with any broker employed by it.
