^* For officers who exercised the option to receive overtime rates given by para. 13 (b) of Industrial Court Award No. 1402, which provides as follows:—
Officers conditioned to a 44-hour week whose rates of pay—calculated on the hourly rates of an officer in the game grade conditioned to a 42-hour week—are in excess of the pay for 44 hours at that rate shall have the option of abandoning the excess and receiving the overtime rates laid down or of continuing on the present basis of pay for time and overtime if any.
