§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCENo loans other than those from the Development Fund have been made by the Treasury to Scottish fishery harbours. As regards loans made by the Public Works Loan Board and loans from the Development Fund, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer gave him on the 18th July last, and to the reply given to the hon. Member for Caithness and Sutherland on the 5th November, of which I am sending him a copy.
